What makes your prints both luxurious and sustainable?

What materials are used in your canvas prints?

➳ Our canvas giclée prints are crafted from recycled plastic bottles recovered from ocean-polluted shores and paired with reclaimed wood. This lightweight canvas offers an elegant, eco-conscious alternative to traditional prints.

What kinds of inks do you use?

➳ We use water-based inks across all our products. These inks are free from harsh solvents and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), making them safer for the environment while maintaining vibrant, high-quality colour and longevity.

Do you offset your carbon footprint?

➳ Absolutely. We invest in carbon offset programs, including tree planting and ocean plastic removal initiatives, to help neutralize the environmental impact of every order. Our commitment to carbon neutrality is part of a broader mission to support a healthier planet.

How does my purchase support causes?

➳ Every product you purchase helps drive meaningful change. For each product ordered, we fund the planting of two trees and the removal of ten plastic bottles from our oceans. Not only are you helping to clean up our planet — you're also giving those materials new life. In our canvas prints, recycled plastic bottles are transformed into museum-grade artwork, kept out of the environment and turned into something meaningful for your space. It’s a powerful cycle of restoration, creativity, and conscious living.

Where do you ship to?

➳ We ship worldwide! To see if we deliver to your location, please refer to the country and currency dropdown menu at the top of our website. This menu allows you to view available shipping destinations and shop in your local currency, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience.

How do you ensure sustainable and eco-friendly shipping?

➳ Sustainability is at the core of our shipping process. We partner with eco-conscious printers located near you to reduce carbon emissions and deliver products efficiently.

➳ Our packaging is minimal and made from recyclable, biodegradable, compostable, or recycled materials.

➳ Additionally, we invest in carbon offset programs to neutralize the environmental impact of transportation.

Do you offer free shipping?

➳ Yes, we provide complimentary shipping on all orders over $60 USD. For orders under $60 USD, a flat shipping fee of $6 USD will apply at checkout.

Will I need to pay customs or import fees?

➳ International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are assessed by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. We use standard shipping methods to help minimize these costs whenever possible.

How long will it take to receive my order?

➳ Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours. Delivery times vary based on your location and the fulfillment printer, but please allow up to 10–15 business days in some cases. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

➳ If different local printers fulfill your items, they may ship separately to minimize environmental impact and speed up delivery. You will receive notifications if your order is split into multiple shipments.

Returns and Order Support

Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?

➳ Because our products are custom-made and printed just for you, we’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been processed or accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

➳ We’re so sorry! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Be sure to include photos of the issue, and we’ll be happy to replace the item or issue a full refund.

Gift Cards

Can I send a gift card directly to someone else?

➳ Yes! On our Gift Cards page, simply select "Send as a Gift", fill in the recipient's details, choose a date for delivery, and add it to your cart. The gift card will be delivered by email on the date you select — a beautiful surprise.

Can gift cards be used with Special Promotions?

➳ Yes! Gift cards work just like cash and can be used with each of our special promotions.

How can I check the balance on a gift card?

Via email: Click the "View Gift Card" button in the original gift card email to check the current balance.
